Welcome to Allstar Media Group! By subscribing to our IPTV services or participating in a free trial, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Subscription Services
a. Plan Options: We offer multiple subscription plans with varying features, including live TV, Video on Demand (VOD), and multi-device access.
b. Billing & Payments: All subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or annually, depending on your plan).
c. Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
d. Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust subscription pricing. Any changes will be communicated in advance.
2. Free Trials
a. Eligibility: Free trials are available to new customers only and are limited to one per user.
b. Trial Duration: The length of the free trial will be specified at the time of signup.
c. Conversion to Paid Subscription: At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless canceled before the trial ends.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
a. Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
b. Refund Policy: We offer a 100% money-back guarantee within the first 30 days of your initial subscription. After this period, all payments are non-refundable.
c. Service Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms of Service.
4. Copyright Protection & Abuse
a. Copyright Compliance: Allstar Media Group operates under Copyright Protection Number 829484410493. Our content and services are protected under copyright laws.
b. Unauthorized Use: Users are strictly prohibited from redistributing, reselling, or modifying any content from Allstar Media Group without explicit authorization.
c. Abuse & Violations: If a user is found to be abusing or violating our copyright protections, we reserve the right to terminate their service immediately without a refund. Legal action may also be pursued in cases of severe infringement.
5. User Responsibilities
a. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
b. Fair Usage Policy:
• Your subscription is for personal use only and is limited to the number of devices allowed in your plan.
• Account credentials may only be shared within your household and cannot be shared with individuals outside your residence.
• Any unauthorized sharing, reselling, or misuse of login information may result in account suspension or termination without a refund.
c. Prohibited Activities: Users may not use the service for illegal streaming, redistribution, or any activity that violates copyright laws.
6. Service Availability & Limitations
a. No Guaranteed Uptime: While we strive for uninterrupted service, occasional downtime may occur due to maintenance or network issues.
b. Device Compatibility: It is the user’s responsibility to ensure their devices meet the technical requirements for streaming.
7. Outage Refund Policy
a. Plex Service Downtime Compensation: If Plex services experience an outage, users will receive a $1 credit for every 4 hours of downtime.
b. IPTV Service Downtime Compensation (Rare Cases): In the rare event that IPTV services go down, affected users will receive a $0.50 credit for every 4 hours of downtime.
c. Refund Processing: Credits will be applied to the next billing cycle and are non-transferable.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
